How to reserve a 魅影直播 workspace: Outlook Calendar (no need to contact someone)
- Outlook Calendar > New Appointment > Invite Attendees > Address Book (鈥淭o鈥︹�� Button) > Search by Room Name (i.e., Facilities140A@untsystem.edu or Facilities140B@untsystem.edu) > Resource >Scheduling Assistant > Send Appointment

Workspace Guide
- SANITIZE: Please use the provided sanitizer wipes to clean work surface, keyboard, mouse, etc. before use. Dispose of wipes.
- CONNECT: Using the USB or USBC, connect your machine to the docking station provided at the workspace.
- PROJECT: Hit Command + P on your laptop to change the display to 鈥渆xtend鈥� to use the dual monitors at the workspace.
- SANITIZE: Please use the provided sanitizer wipes to clean work surface, keyboard, mouse, etc. before use. Dispose of wipes.
Please notify workspace contact via email to report low wipe quantities. Include which station you are referring to in the email.
